New ‘Fun Facts’ feature introduced by Google

The recent change in Google’s logo along with its collaboration with social media giant Twitter, to include embedded tweets in the desktop searches have made headlines globally.

The latest catch with this search engine giant is its introduction to the new feature—Fun Facts, where you simply need to type the words “Fun facts” into Google’s space, and you will be amused, surprised and elated to see a list of fun facts pop up, from topics ranging from Benjamin Franklin to Nicotine.

New feature pretty addictive

For all those wondering with the laptop’s touchpad or the desktop’s mouse about what to do online, and game for a little procrastination, this feature is a perfect option for killing time and learning some new things too, without really much hassle or bookish chunks of text.
Additionally, Google also gives you the option to “Ask another question” to input other topics which you would want to learn some fun facts about, and alongside, it also changes the text in the search bar into one that says, “I’m feeling curious,” right when you choose to “Ask another question.”
Soon after its release, people have given it a “thumbs up,” also saying that the feature is quite addictive and fun to play around with.

‘Interesting facts’ feature

Also, the feature would work the exact same way even if you input the words “Interesting facts” into the search space of the search engine.

Well, with Google heading for so many changes and additions, and all of it making a lot of headlines, seems like the search engine giant is all geared up to add another dimension to the world of internet and social media platforms.
